18.09.2023 DDIM.regional Munich – 4 x 7 tips for successful interim management
A great event with lots of insights! HANSE Interim Managing Director Andreas Lau had the opportunity to present and discuss the 4×7 tips for success factors in interim management on the podium with three other esteemed industry experts and around 90 interim managers. A noticeably captivating topic for all participants.
21.09.2023 DDIM.regional Cologne – Pricing strategies
An evening full of insights and inspiration! We had the privilege of attending DDIM.regional in Cologne, where around 70 leading interim managers, including some in C-level positions, came together to discuss, among other things, the art of pricing. Current challenges such as cost increases and inflation require a deep understanding of pricing to ensure the ability to invest and transform business models.
The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the presentation by Dr. Danilo Zatta, a renowned expert in this field. His technical expertise and tips gave us valuable insights into the world of pricing.
After his inspiring presentation, we had many interesting conversations and we all agreed: in a constantly changing business world, it is crucial for our interim managers to always be up to date and to keep learning.
This is the only way our interim managers can offer our clients real added value.
28.09.2023 18th Hamburg AIMP Forum Interim Management (FIM) 2023 in Hamburg
We had the pleasure of attending the AIMP Regional Forum in Hamburg, an event dedicated entirely to the topic of OKR (Objectives & Key Results).
One of the highlights of this event was undoubtedly the presentation with three outstanding OKR specialists. Klaus-Olaf Zehle introduced us to the methodology of Objectives & Key Results and gave us a deep insight into the world of goal setting and results measurement. Dagmar Groß-Böker and Martin Borsik in turn shared their valuable experiences from the introduction of OKR in interim mandates, which enriched us all with practical insights.
It was inspiring to see how OKR is applied in real business scenarios and the added value it can offer.
After the informative part, we were able to enjoy the evening with wine and delicious finger food, accompanied by stimulating conversations about the many possible applications of OKR. It was a great opportunity to network with like-minded people and discuss the latest industry trends and practical issues in interim management.
We were excited to attend this event and meet our interim managers. OKR is undoubtedly a powerful tool to successfully implement strategies and achieve goals.
