With this year’s event motto The Colorful World of Interim Management, the focus will be on the broad range of applications in interim management and the diversity of topics in our industry.

- Another speaker will be the Interim Manager of the Year 2022. This is the sixth time that DÖIM has presented this coveted award. This year’s Manager of the Year will briefly introduce himself and, above all, the winning project. Together with the current topics of the international interim management associations, you can expect an exciting and lively discussion about interim management and current developments.
- As a supporting program, the FIM is accompanied by a networking dinner. You can expect an excellent 4 – course menu including aperitif and beverage accompaniment. And all this in the unique setting of the restaurant of the Imlauer Hotel.

- The DÖIM – umbrella organization of Austrian interim management – organizes the top event of the interim management industry for the 7th time. Look forward with us to an interesting program with exciting presentations and case studies, with plenty of room for discussion and networking.
- Again part of the Management Dinner on the eve is the awarding of the Interim Manager of the Year 2022 and at KIM the awarding of the title CIM – Certified Interim Manager together with the professional association UBIT/Incite.
The Management Dinner on the evening before will again be held in cooperation with the AIMP – Arbeitskreis Interim Management Provider – as FIM Forum Interim Management.
