Andreas Lau has been a managing partner in the HANSE Consulting group for many years.
Since the founding of the company, he has been responsible for HANSE Interim Management GmbH across different locations. Moreover, he is responsible for the Düsseldorf location of HANSE Management Consulting GmbH.
Andreas Lau works as a project manager in the fields of restructuring, revenue growth, interim management and M&A. He has about 20 years of experience in consulting and 7 years of experience in the line management of mostly medium-sized enterprises.
Tasks
- Brokering interim managers, esp. CROs, CEOs and CFOs
- Supervision of the interim management projects, from the selection process to drafting contracts and the successful completion of a project, as well as supporting both the clients and interim managers during the entire project period
- Several years of experience as an interim CRO. He is thus a partner whom you can rely on!
