In just a few days, it will be that time again: the DDIM.kongress 2024 is just around the corner – one of the most important events for interim management in Germany. This event brings together experienced clients, leading providers and interim managers to discuss the latest developments and challenges in our industry.
HANSE Interim will also be there to take part in exciting discussions and talks, pick up on new trends and gather valuable ideas for the future of interim management..
What are the current topics?
This year, the focus will be on forward-looking trends and the question of how interim managers and providers can adapt to the changing needs of companies.
Topics such as digital transformation, the role of interim managers in restructuring and new forms of collaboration will be hotly debated.

Our recently published article on the Dos & Don’ts in interim management received a lot of feedback and showed how important this topic is for our industry and how much potential there is in an open exchange about it.
For this reason, we would like to deepen the discussion and ask you about your personal experiences and recommendations in a survey.
In the interim industry, cooperation between clients, providers and interim managers is crucial to the success of a project.
But what are the dos and don’ts that make this success possible?
This is where you come in!
In our current survey, we would like to find out from you which behaviors and procedures are particularly important in practice – and which mistakes should be avoided at all costs. We will use the results of the survey to further develop the quality guidelines for providers or at least for HANSE Interim.

We will also make the results available as a download for all other interested parties. In this way, we would like to give you and the entire industry the opportunity to benefit from the insights gained and to further strengthen interim management.
At the DDIM.kongress 2024, we will have the opportunity to discuss these and other industry topics with experts and colleagues from all over Germany. Andreas Lau, Managing Director of HANSE Interim, will also be leading a workshop on cyber security there, offering a checklist for careful, quick orientation for all (interim) managers who are confronted with the topic. The current challenges in restructuring will also be addressed in particular.

In our workshop on cyber security, Andreas Lau will discuss with you practical solutions that have proven themselves in critical projects and show how interim managers can optimally support companies in preventing and combating cyber attacks.
This workshop is part of our commitment to help shape change in the industry and further expand the necessary expertise of interim managers.
