… this was the motto of this year’s DDIM.kongress // 2022, which was already four weeks ago, but is still having its positive effect. We as HANSE Interim took up the topic of sustainability and, under the leadership of Christian Heuermann together with interim manager and ESG expert Götz Dittmar, offered a workshop on Quo Vadis ESG?
The conclusion at the outset:
Thanks to the interested audience, there was a very lively and animated discussion about the readiness of medium-sized businesses and the opportunities for interim managers on the subject of ESG.

After an overview of the state of the regulatory framework – sustainability megatrend, EU Green Deal, EU taxonomy, CSRD – we discussed with interested parties the impact on companies and their stakeholders.
What does it mean, for example, for company values, financing costs and the statement on remediability. The aspects of the indispensability of liquidity planning as part of the target achievement of long-term sustainability planning as well as individual counteracting efforts (capital withdrawal from sustainable funds using the example of some US states) were also addressed.
As a result, our impulse encouraged the participating interim managers to think intensively about their own positioning options, whether alone or as a competence team, and to remain in exchange.
Christian Heuermann and Götz Dittmar could not have been more pleased with the praise and feedback they received! Many thanks to all participants.
The DDIM.kongress // 2022 is one of the highlight events of the interim management industry.
More than 350 interim managers, interim management providers and guests from business, science and politics came together at the DDIM.kongress // 2022. In addition to networking and exchanging information about the latest developments and trends, the topic of “Sustainability in Interim Management” was always in the foreground during the days of the event. Special attention was given to the awards and the workshops.

An all-around successful event, where we especially enjoyed the exchange with familiar and new faces.
We are already looking forward to the DDIM.kongress 2023!
With kind regards
Your HANSE Interim-Management
