Successful workshop on cyber security at the DDIM.kongress // 2023

The DDIM.kongress 2023, the event for the interim management industry in Germany, set new standards.

With top-class presentations, interactive discussion rounds and excellent networking opportunities, the congress offered participants an exceptional experience.

There were many inspiring presentations, captivating discussions and valuable insights during the congress. The participants were enthusiastic right from the start and the atmosphere was characterized by energy, commitment and a lively exchange.

The DDIM Interim Managers successfully used the DDIM Business Speeddating with HANSE Interim to explore project opportunities and position themselves vis-à-vis the DDIM providers. At the DDIM Provider Meeting, the DDIM partners had the opportunity to discuss the market situation, business model and new concepts.

One of the highlights was the workshop on “Cyber security in restructuring – what interim managers need to know!”, moderated by HANSE Interim Managing Director Andreas Lau.

Insight into the Cyber Security Workshop:

Finally, the participants discussed how the acquired knowledge can be integrated into restructuring practice. The workshop concluded with specific recommendations for interim managers on how to effectively incorporate cyber security into their projects.
